Product Research & Sourcing Assistant

We are looking for a Product Research & Sourcing Assistant based in Delhi to help us identify and source innovative occupational therapy, dementia care, and sensory products. The role combines online research with local supplier engagement and occasional sample procurement/testing.

Key responsibilities:

1. Research trending and innovative occupational therapy/sensory/dementia products by monitoring blogs, forums, Facebook groups, therapy marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, OT-specific shops).
2. Compile product findings into organized reports (Google Sheets/Excel) with:
3. Product details, photos, links
4. Find similar products and manufactures on Alibaba, 1688 etc.
5. Price range & customer reviews
6. Identify and connect with local manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers in Delhi/NCR and nearby markets.
7. Communicate with suppliers to gather product catalogs, price lists, and MOQ details.
8. Procure product samples locally (if required), test them, and provide feedback.

Requirements:

Strong online and offline research skills.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (to talk to local suppliers).
Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel for maintaining reports.
Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently from home.
Based in Delhi/NCR with flexibility to visit suppliers when needed.

Preferred but not mandatory:

Prior experience in product research, sourcing, or e-commerce.
Familiarity with healthcare/therapy/sensory products.

Pay: ₹9,780.48 - ₹20,000.00 per month
