As we scale, we are seeking a Product Researcher to identify high-potential products, analyze competitors, and provide insights that directly influence launch decisions and category expansion.

Position Overview

The Product Researcher will play a critical role in discovering profitable product opportunities, benchmarking competitors, and ensuring that every launch is backed by rigorous data. This is a highly analytical role that blends research, e-commerce insight, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily product research using tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout to identify opportunities.
  • Benchmark competitor pricing, reviews, and keyword positioning across Amazon and Walmart.
  • Track product trends, customer reviews, and category shifts to spot early opportunities.
  • Maintain a research database of validated product ideas with supporting data.
  • Collaborate with Launch Manager, Creative Strategist, and PPC team to align research with go-to-market strategy.
  • Deliver weekly reports highlighting “Top 5 Opportunities” with supporting data and risk assessment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce product research (Amazon preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Familiarity with keyword research, competitor analysis, and category audits.
  • Comfortable using product intelligence tools (Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote team.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Experience supporting Amazon/Walmart product launches.
  • Exposure to TikTok Shop or DTC product validation.
  • Knowledge of market expansion strategies across LatAm and Asia.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing for product images, titles, or positioning.

  • Weekly delivery of validated, data-backed product opportunities.
  • Launch pipeline filled with high-margin, competitive products.
  • Research insights leading to ≥3 successful product launches in the first 6 months.
  • Clear reporting dashboards that help leadership make confident decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs283,000.00 - Rs510,000.00 per month
