As part of Bayegan’s growing global team, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our Engineering Plastics business.

We are strengthening our position as a challenging and ambitious global player in the polymers and specialty materials markets.

The Product Sales Executive (Engineering Plastics) will play a key role in developing new markets, expanding customer relationships, and driving profitable growth across our international network.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Candidates must have experience in engineering plastics sales.
  • Candidates must have a strong background in technical polymers, application development, product formulation, and processing knowledge.
  • Strong market knowledge and an established customer account portfolio.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and Salesforce CRM.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to market and customer development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, analytical, and well-organized, with strong planning and execution abilities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities in the Automotive, Industrial, Appliance, Electrical, Healthcare, Construction, Defense, and Consumer Goods sectors.
  • Expand and manage the existing customer portfolio, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  • Leverage market insight and existing networks to drive growth and improve market penetration.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide optimal engineering plastics-based product solutions and technical recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and production teams to ensure accurate alignment with customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and price movements to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the full sales cycle — from quotation to delivery and after-sales support.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate customer data, opportunity tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Report regularly on sales activities, market developments, and progress toward sales targets.
  • Actively contribute to Bayegan’s global engineering plastics business growth and overall innovation-driven market leadership.
