Product & Solution Sales Manager
" for our client in Abu Dhabi.
Core Responsibilities

Partner with sales teams to develop government and enterprise clients, identify opportunities, and drive end-to-end project delivery.

Conduct demand analysis and independently design integrated AI, cloud, and smart city solutions; lead technical discussions and demos.

Prepare quotations and proposals, integrate partner solutions, and support bidding, negotiations, and contract signing.

Monitor industry, technology, and competitor trends to support continuous solution improvement.
Professional Skills

Strong expertise in AI, cloud, IoT, or smart city technologies with solution design capability.

Familiar with government and enterprise project processes; able to translate customer needs into implementable solutions.

Excellent technical presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills; able to lead technical workshops and demos independently.

Experience in commercial project execution, covering opportunity development, solution promotion, and implementation support.

Good English communication skills; comfortable working across regions and cultures.

Proactive, resilient, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Experience Requirements
-
End-to-end experience delivering large-scale (≥ USD 1M) AI, cloud, or national defense–related commercial projects (project details required in CV).

Hands-on experience designing, presenting, and demonstrating AI/cloud solutions independently.

Strong market and competitor insight; capable of formulating winning project strategies.

Strong customer engagement skills with proven ability to identify business pain points and align value-driven solutions.

Candidates with Project Decision Maker (PD) experience on large-scale (≥ USD 1M) AI/cloud/national defense projects preferred.
