Product Specialist

Purpose:

Product specialist of ECR product is in charge of all ECR services and products throughout its lifecycle. by helping neoleap to build the right services and products and supporting the whole neoleap entity to ensure the efficiency of neoleap ECR product services. That includes ensuring the ECR supports the neoleap strategy and goals, within organization policy and procedure.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
• Develop and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term evolution.
• coordinate and enhance the product's integration capabilities to seamlessly integrate with third-party systems and technologies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure robust APIs and compatibility with common integration standards
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges in the ECR industry and stay informed about competitor products and market dynamics.
• Develop and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for ECR product releases
