Product Specialist

We are hiring a Product Specialist to deliver demos, onboard customers, and support users for our advanced automotive SaaS platform.

Our platform is designed for car dealerships across the UAE and GCC, helping them manage inventory, CRM, sales, purchases, accounts, VAT, and daily showroom operations, all in one cloud-based system.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality online demos, understand customer requirements, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clear, engaging online demos (Zoom / Google Meet) for car dealerships.
• Lead Conversion & Sales: Convert demo leads into paying customers through consultative selling.
• Become a deep expert in the product and confidently explain its benefits and real business value.
• Understand UAE/GCC automotive workflows and map customer needs to product capabilities.
• Support new customers with onboarding, training, and basic system setup.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of demos, follow-ups, and the pipeline.
• Collect customer feedback and work with the development team for product improvements.
• Assist customers during trial periods and provide post-demo support.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role (Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, or Product Demo).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or conversion targets.
• Ability to understand technical SaaS products and explain them in simple, business-focused language.
• Excellent consultative skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose solutions.
• Experience using CRM systems, collaboration tools, and online meeting platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Knowledge of the UAE/GCC automotive or retail industry is a strong advantage.

Salary & Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 / month
• Incentives: Attractive commission structure based on conversions
• Performance Bonus: Monthly bonuses for meeting or exceeding targets
• Total Potential Monthly Earnings: PKR 90,000 – 120,000+
