- Product Specialist (02 positions)

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in hospitality trade (hotel reservations system, or hospitality technology solutions).

· Knowledge and strong understanding of supplier / hotel contracts.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically MS Excel) and familiarity with CRM or product management tools.

· Should be fluent in English, both writing and reading.

· Would consider additional language speaking as an added advantage (Russian, German or Polish).

Job Description

• Prepare and load hotel prices into the system accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor differences between competitors and net prices, ensuring rate parity.
• Support the Yield team in identifying and resolving rate parity issues across hotel properties.
• Coordinate with the Contracting team regarding expired or missing commission agreements.
• Send hotel lists for missing contracts, especially toward the end of the season.
• Collaborate closely with the Reservations team to update bookings that require net price adjustments.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
