Product Specialist

• To enhance the market presence of assigned products by providing expert knowledge and support to healthcare professionals.

Required Educational Level:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the same field

Required Abilities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of medical and pharmaceutical products
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation and training skills.
• Communication skills

- Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for HCPs.
• Provide technical support and guidance during product usage.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and procurement teams.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback to marketing and sales teams.
• Work closely with the regulatory and compliance teams to ensure adherence to healthcare policies.
• Participate in medical conferences and workshops to enhance product visibility.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback.
