Rollic has over 3.5 billion downloads across its diverse portfolio of games and, thanks to an intensive development process utilizing a massive test pipeline, has a steady cadence of globally hit titles such as
Color Block Jam, Timeline Up, Crowd Express: Boarding Puzzle, Hole People, Knit Out,
all of which have gained millions of downloads worldwide within a few months after their release.
Main Responsibilities

Writing the documentation of new game features;

Designing games and experiences that are going to be played by millions of people;

Identifying potential improvements to analyzed games;

Working together with the development team for planning and setting up new features & updates;

Balancing game systems and game economy;
-
Deconstructing and arguing mechanics, features, and systems;

Preparing and executing A/B tests and reporting on the key findings;

Reviewing competing games to stay on top of the market trends in in-game marketing.
Required Skills
-
University/Bachelors Degree
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in product management with mobile games from concept to launch with involvement in all aspects of the development cycle.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working with data

Passionate about gaming - especially Action RPGs and player-centric design
-
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams

Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Fluent in English
