Product Specialist – Tributary Supply

About the Role
Tributary Supply is hiring a Product Specialist who’s passionate about hardline products and ready to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is split between customer interaction (phones, emails, online reviews/questions) and product specialist support (data, content, analysis, and retailer support).

What You’ll Do

• Answer customer calls/emails and respond daily to online reviews & Q&A.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and content across retailers/marketplaces.
• Capture customer feedback and share insights to shape product decisions.
• Support product launches, packaging, and collateral.
• Assist with competitive price shops, catalog management, and sell-through initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator, comfortable on phones, email, and online platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Analytical curiosity about products, markets, and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (preferred, not required).
• Great fit for recent grads or those with internship/retail/eCommerce experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
