Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define, prioritize, and deliver impactful product features aligned with mission objectives

• Develop detailed product roadmaps with clear milestones

• Research trends in charitable technology to identify innovation opportunities

User Advocacy

• Conduct user research and testing to uncover pain points and opportunities

• Create personas and journey maps to inform user-first development

• Champion exceptional user experience throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements Definition

• Translate user needs and goals into technical specs and user stories

• Work closely with developers and designers to bring ideas to life

• Prioritize product features based on user impact and organizational value

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with development, design, analytics, and operations teams

• Align product vision with internal stakeholders and platform needs

• Ensure seamless integration across web, mobile, and backend systems

Product Analytics

• Define and track KPIs to assess product success

• Analyze user behavior and engagement to guide optimization

• Report insights to inform continuous improvement

Product Launch & Iteration

• Lead planning and execution of product and feature rollouts

• Develop training and documentation for internal adoption

• Gather feedback and implement updates for long-term success

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 3+ years in product management or product ownership

• Proven ability to transform user feedback into technical requirements

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other product development methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit, charity, or social impact sectors

• Understanding of donor management systems or CRM tools

• Product certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, or equivalent)

• Background in usability testing and user research

• Comfort with product analytics platforms and data visualization tools
