Product Specialist, MMS (Medication Management Solutions) - Eastern region

As a Product Specialist, you will support BD's Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business by driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical and clinical expertise in the Eastern region of KSA.

Job Description

BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies. We are building a sales team that wants to win and grow the BD market share. Strong command of SFDC CRM is a core requirement at BD. The Product Specialist will be responsible for working closely with the sales team to meet targets in accordance with the annual business plan and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned territory sales targets for the fiscal year.
  • Expand the business by drawing a long term and short term expectation impact.
  • Manage territory accounts to achieve targeted growth and profitability.
  • Work collaboratively with distribution partners to ensure effective supply chain management and inventory control.
  • Report regularly to the sales manager or sales director on sales activities, competitor activity, new products, and pricing.
  • Assist in organizing educational programs (seminars/workshops) in collaboration with Marketing and distributors.
  • Conduct regular territory visits to assess market needs and opportunities.
  • Resolve any issues relating to order processing and customer complaints promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of territory activities including call reports and expenses.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Represent BD at conferences and trade shows as required.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, etc.
  • Assist in preparation of promotional materials, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Ensure appropriate follow up with all customers.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in pharmacy, nursing or another health care related field.
  • Previous sales experience in capital equipment and consumables is preferred.
  • Self starter who can work independently but also enjoys being part of a dynamic team.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the region frequently.
