Product Specialist – Pharma Line

Job Title: Product Specialist – Pharmaceutical Portfolio

Location: Bahrain

Position Summary

Product Specialist for our pharmaceutical portfolio in Bahrain, focusing on private and government hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Pharma products to doctors, pharmacists, procurement officers, and other HCPs in major governmental and private hospitals in Bahrain.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and hospital decision-makers.
• Conduct scientific detailing sessions, in-service training, and educational meetings to ensure appropriate product knowledge and use.
• Plan and execute hospital visits, sales calls, and follow-ups in line with company strategy.
• Achieve sales targets, market share goals, and other agreed KPIs.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities within the government healthcare sector, including tenders and formulary inclusion processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, regulatory, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution of commercial plans.
• Monitor and report competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Bahraini Citizen preferred
• Previous experience dealing with governmental hospitals in Bahrain is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Valid Bahrain driving license
