Product Specialist - Premuim Gifting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review product briefs from the Sales Team and conduct thorough market research to identify suitable products and trends in the luxury gifting space.
  • Source and arrange samples from multiple suppliers locally and internationally.
  • Evaluate and ensure product quality meets brand and client requirements.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed costing and budgeting reports for each project.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and build a strong vendor network.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product sourcing, merchandising, or procurement, preferably in luxury goods or corporate gifting.
  • Strong negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for quality and aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
