Product Specialist/Field Trainer

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Product Specialist / Field Trainer to Educate and deliver hands-on training across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting product knowledge, improving sales performance, and ensuring consistent brand standards in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site product training to Workers
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers and team members
• Conduct field visits to monitor performance and ensure training effectiveness
• Develop and update training materials, product guides, and presentations
• Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences
• Assist in product launches, promotions, and in-store activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product training or field training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel frequently across locations/sites in UAE
• Hands-on, energetic, and results-driven personality
• Ability to train and influence diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or Higher Secondary
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Urdu Mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Fresher, Temporary
