Product & Technology Lead

Join a newly established small-cap private equity firm (ADGM registered) as we build and scale a healthcare services group. Backed by experienced investors and operators, we’re launching our first roll-up strategy and building the digital infrastructure and product suite that will power it. The vision: a seamless super app that serves both patients and the health clinics that serve them.

We are looking for a commercially minded Product & Technology Delivery Lead to roll up their sleeves and define the digital roadmap, drive delivery, and help shape the foundation of our first platform company. 

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for a healthcare services platform, including technical architecture and deployment of core systems (bookings, payments, e-commerce, telehealth, service management, data analytics, automation, and AI).
• Evaluate, select, and manage third-party software developers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective MVP and full platform build.
• Lead the delivery of the MVP and subsequent platform development, with continuous enhancement driven by user feedback, adoption metrics, and clinic operations.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across Value Creation and Investment teams to ensure technology priorities align with commercial and operational goals.
• Establish product feedback loops with clinic staff, patients, and internal stakeholders to drive improvement and prioritization.

What we're looking for

• Product Management: 5–10 years of experience building and deploying B2C and/or B2B products across operational environments (e.g. healthcare, consumer services, marketplaces)
• Third Party Management: Track record of evaluation working with third party developers to deliver technology systems.
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to translate business and performance requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions that drive measurable results.
• Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare, veterinary, or service-based industries, with an understanding of the operational challenges and opportunities that technology can address.
• AI and Automation: Successfully developed solutions integrating automation and AI into products and workflows.
