We are looking for a Product Transformation Manager/Coach who can guide both product management practices, principles and agile methodologies within a team or organization, ensuring alignment between business needs and efficient product development by facilitating communication, prioritizing features, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through agile principles. Required Skills:

• Manager is looking for someone who is focused on OUTCOMES – how is this going to affect users and the company.
• 8-11 years of Product Management Experience (KEY)
• Must have Transformation experience (KEY)
• Must have Coaching experience (KEY)
• Must have have Health Care Payer (Claims)/Medicare/Medicaid (KEY)
• Creating Strategy product center approaches
• Ensuring focus on users and not how we are going to build this
• Candidates need to understanding who are the users to have 1 strategy
• Focus on Users and outcome and NOT outputs
