About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Upload Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately creating, maintaining, and optimizing product listings across our online platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision, and is highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, and specifications.
• Ensure all product data is accurate and consistent.
• Coordinate internally with our team to ensure listings are optimized for search engine optimization.
• Maintain and update pricing, inventory, and product descriptions
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, manipulate, and upload bulk product data
• Assist marketing team with product photography when needed.
• Assist in other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, imports/exports, v-lookup, pivot tables etc.)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce) is a plus
• Basic understanding of SEO principles for product listings is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in, or knowledge of knives and outdoor gear
• Previous experience in e-commerce, data entry, or product management
• Understanding how to use and leverage AI

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
