Production Team Members - 1st and 2nd Shift

At Mediatechnologies, we design and manufacture high-quality wood furniture for schools, libraries, and workspaces across the country. We’re growing and looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join our production team on both 1st and 2nd shift.

MUST HAVE's:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year Manufacturing (minimum)
• Experience reading blueprints, metric & standard
• Great attendance record, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude
• Safety focus

Woodworking experience preferred!

What You’ll Do

• Operate machinery and/or hand tools safely and efficiently
• Follow work instructions, prints, and production schedules
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to safely operate machinery and/or hand tools

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday 5 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3 p.m. - 1 a.m.
• (Overtime based on production needs and is worked on Friday's)

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
