Production & Quality Supervisor

Location: Al Ain, UAE (visa provided)

Role Overview

Hands-on supervisor responsible for directly operating the mixer and overseeing all manufacturing, quality control, and documentation for cosmetic products including Eventone C Cream and Elsaderm range.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly operate the 100L heated/cooled mixer — set and monitor temperature profiles, mixing speeds, and cycle times for each formulation
• Weigh, verify, and charge raw materials into the mixer alongside operators
• Execute and sign off batch manufacturing records (BMR) per ESMA/MOIAT requirements
• Perform in-process and finished product QC checks (pH, viscosity, appearance, fill weight)
• Develop and enforce SOPs for production, cleaning, and changeover
• Oversee cleaning validation between different product batches
• Coordinate raw material approval before each production run
• Ensure GMP compliance across all production, lab, and storage areas
• Supervise and train production operators on floor tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or Pharmacy
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing
• Direct experience operating industrial mixers and emulsion/cream formulations
• Familiarity with UAE cosmetic regulations (ESMA, MOIAT)
• Strong documentation discipline
• Comfortable working on the production floor daily, not a desk-based role

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
