PRODUCTION AND SITE MANAGER

We are a leading Wedding Events Company, passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production & Site Manager to oversee event operations, manage on-site logistics, and ensure seamless execution of weddings and related events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate event production from planning to execution
• Supervise site setup, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at venues and workshops
• Manage on-site staff and contractors during events
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth operations
• Collaborate with all concerned teams to deliver exceptional experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Wedding Events Company or similar event management role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
