Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to support our creative and marketing teams by preparing and managing visual assets for both digital and print use. The Production Artist will Collaborate with other designers and project managers to complete projects as assigned. be responsible for executing and preparing artwork files, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. This is a production-driven role that’s perfect for someone who excels in organization and enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment. It’s a great fit for individuals who take pride in managing multiple projects with precision, consistency, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and finalize artwork for production across digital and print platforms

· Rename, organize, and maintain file structures according to company standards

· Export, resize, and crop images for various uses (e-commerce, social media, packaging, etc.)

· Ensure all files meet technical specifications and quality standards

· Review and proof files for accuracy before release

· Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

· Execute technical updates to existing packaging and display artwork

· Recreate missing product renders or swatch images using established templates

· Prepare and finalize carton artwork files for production handoff

· Helps print files and mockups when requested.

· Collaborate with other designers and project managers to complete projects as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field

· 1–3 years of experience in a production artist or similar role (preferred)

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)- required

· Strong understanding of print production standards and pre-press specifications

· Ability to follow detailed written SOPs, brand guidelines, and file naming conventions with a high degree of accuracy

· Experience with digital asset organization and production file management

· Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven production environment

· Experience in packaging production, consumer goods, or cosmetics is a plus

· Familiarity with PIM or DAM systems is a plus.

Schedule

Monday to Friday- 8 am to 5 pm, On-Site

Work Location

In-person (No remote or Hybrid)

Salary Range

$22.00-$25.00/hour

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
