Rockstar Games is seeking a highly skilled, meticulous Production Artist to join our Creative Services team on a temporary basis. This role is critical in bringing our creative vision to life across a wide range of global campaigns. You will collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and marketing teams to create high-quality assets across digital, social, and print channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and polish at every stage.

This is a full-time, temporary, in-office position based out of Rockstar's NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

WHAT WE DO

• The Creative Services team at Rockstar works on projects that include a wide variety of creative assets to promote and support the brand and our games.
• We make creative assets for company branding, digital, print & package design, and advertising campaigns.
• We also create promotional materials, assets for events, in-game creative, and other marketing materials to support all our titles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce final creative assets across multiple formats, inculding:
  • Digital advertising (display, rich media, platform-specific formats)
  • Social media content (static motion-ready layouts, platform variations)
  • Key art adaptations and campaign rollouts
  • Print production (OOH, packaging, retail, and promotional materials)
  • Prepare and version assets for global distribution.
• Ensure all files meet technical specifications and platform requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while upholding Rockstar's high visual standards.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Designers to translate creative concepts into production-ready files.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and proactively identify solutions.
• Organize, archive, and maintain production files and asset libraries.
• Support live service publishing needs, including ongoing updates, in-game promotional assets, and time-sensitive content drops.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience as a production artist or in a similar role.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of digital and print production workflows.
• Experience preparing files for diverse ad platforms.
• Knowledge of color management, typography and layout systems.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
