Production Assistant - Short & Long Form Media

We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and adaptable Production Assistant to help support a fast-growing online content production team focused on short and long-form digital media.

This is a great opportunity for a student, aspiring creator, film/media major, or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in content production and the world of YouTube/media creation.

Position Type:

Part-Time, 1099 Contractor

Starting Pay:

$23/hour

Schedule:

Flexible / Varying Hours

(Some evenings or weekends may occasionally be needed depending on filming schedule.)

Responsibilities

• Assist during video shoots and production days
• Help with basic camera, lighting, and audio setup
• Organize equipment and filming spaces
• Assist with props, errands, and production logistics
• Help maintain a smooth filming environment
• Support behind-the-scenes content and general studio needs
• Occasionally assist with content planning, brainstorming, or social media tasks

Ideal Candidate

• Interested in YouTube, digital media, or content creation
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
• Able to lift/carry basic production equipment
• Has reliable transportation
• Prior production experience is a plus, but not required
