Production Associate

We are seeking reliable team members to support daily operations within a plastics manufacturing environment. Production Associates assist with machine operation, material handling, quality checks, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation and monitoring of production equipment
• Handle raw materials and finished products throughout the production process
• Perform quality inspections and report any issues or irregularities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions
• Support additional production-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or plastics processing is helpful but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties, including lifting and repetitive motions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
