Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and enthusiastic Production Associate to join our team in preparing our handcrafted ice cream. This role is key to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and freshness.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mix ingredients following standardized recipes.
• Safely and efficiently operate ice cream production equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow food safety procedures and hygiene standards.
• Package finished products and label them accurately.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and report restocking needs.
• Support general production tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food production, kitchen work, or bakery is a plus (but not required).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good organizational skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work weekends or flexible shifts, if required.

Pay: $18.31 - $20.00 per hour
