Mastercraft USA designs and manufactures industrial vacuum systems and surface preparation equipment used by professionals throughout North America. Our products are built to perform in demanding environments, and we take pride in delivering quality equipment backed by exceptional customer support.

We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Newburgh, NY.

We are hiring for multiple positions within our production department, including:

  • Assembly Technician
  • Packaging & Shipping Associate
  • Manufacturing Support

Successful candidates may be assigned to a primary area while also receiving cross-training in other departments as business needs evolve.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality work, and wants to be part of a team building products used by professionals across North America.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently
  • Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Follow build instructions, work orders, and production procedures
  • Package finished products for shipment
  • Perform basic quality checks and inspections
  • Assist with inventory and material handling as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Support other departments as needed to help meet production goals

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures
  • Experience using basic hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and measuring devices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, shipping, construction, automotive, or other hands-on experience is preferred but not required

Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:45am- 4:30pm
Friday: 7:45am-3:00pm

Pay: $17.50 per hour
