Production Associate - Vape Filling

• Operate manual and semi-automatic vape filling equipment to fill cartridges, pods, and disposable devices accurately and at target throughput.
• Cap, seal, and assemble devices, ensuring proper torque/seal and cosmetic quality.
• Apply and verify compliance labels and lot coding, and complete accurate batch records and production logs.
• Perform in-line and end-of-line quality inspections (visual, weight, basic leak checks) and escalate deviations per SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas; follow sanitation and contamination-control procedures.
• Adhere to all SOPs, cGMP practices, and state regulatory requirements; participate in required training and audits.
• Assist with inventory tracking of components, consumables, and finished goods; report shortages or quality concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
