Production Batcher

We are currently hiring for a rotating shift!

Pay rate starts at $27.88.

Where You'll Work

This role will be based out of our 24/7 manufacturing facility in North East, PA.

What You'll Do

• Operate pumps, valves, batching kettles, and related systems to transfer juice and products to production lines or storage tanks. Measure, weigh, and add ingredients (e.g., sugar, color concentrate, water, cell) in the proper order and quantities per batch specifications.
• Agitate blends, collect samples, perform quality checks (soluble/insoluble solids), and make batch adjustments as required.
• Calculate and prepare full and partial batches, ensuring proper product routing and documentation.
• Operate computerized batching systems, control panels, and monitoring equipment to ensure accurate and timely production.
• Coordinate with utility personnel and press operators to stage ingredients, release batches, and support filtering operations.
• Transfer approved batches to filter presses and assist with equipment setup as needed.
• Perform equipment and line cleaning, flushing, and sterilization following SOPs; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete all required production, quality, cleaning, and sterilization documentation; support lab cleanliness and upkeep when required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including operating additional equipment and supporting team coverage.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
• Experience as a Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Material Handler, General Labor, or other Manufacturing or industrial role preferred
