Production Clerk

The Production Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day entry and data integrity of production batches and inventory adjustments as well as miscellaneous associated reporting.

About the Role

• Enter blends into ERP System and investigate/document any discrepancies in information provided to ensure the integrity of inventory creation/reporting.
• Enter bottling batches into ERP System and investigate/document any discrepancies in information provided to ensure the integrity of inventory creation/reporting.
• Perform inventory quantity adjustments in ERP system to document yield losses, dispositions, rework, etc.
• Run reports on variances and adjustments for management as requested.
• Enter data into Excel spreadsheets for reporting as requested.
• Like duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: ERP system, process knowledge and experience.
• Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Manufacturing software (ERP system); and general email writing.
• Detail Orientation: Focus on detail accuracy: Documentation review and data entry require accuracy on all details. Strong process knowledge supports reinforcement of managing the details.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work with operations personnel and others to troubleshoot issues and improve reporting processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience using ERP system

Physical Requirements

• The employee may be required to stand, walk and sit for long periods at a time, wear the proper protective equipment as required, climb a ladder or stairs, hear and communicate readily, use both hands and arms. Use of telephone, cell phones, a computer, copier, and other office equipment will be required. Travel including automobile or airplane may also be required.

Working Conditions

• This position is performed in an office and manufacturing environment. There may be exposure to noise, work near moving mechanical parts and forklifts, citrus fumes or airborne particles, and outdoor weather conditions.
