Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Senior Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical experience in dry blending, granulation and content uniformity, coupled with a proven track record of ensuring GMP compliance and fostering a quality-driven culture on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current production processes for solid dosage (powder blends, capsules) and liquid dosage (syrups, softgels) forms.
• Identify root causes of process variability and inconsistencies affecting product uniformity.
• Develop and implement robust strategies, SOPs, and quality control measures to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
• Provide expert guidance on powder blending techniques and ensuring blend homogeneity.
• Troubleshoot and optimize soft gel encapsulation processes, including gel mass preparation, sealing, and drying.
• Oversee and advise on liquid syrup manufacturing, ensuring proper mixing, stability, and filling operations.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices for GMP, documentation, and process adherence.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to resolve deviations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (GMP).
• Deliver a final report with findings, recommendations, and a clear roadmap for sustained improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Must Have: 5-7 years of hands-on production management experience within a pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or related FDA/GMP-regulated environment.
• Must Have: Proven, expert-level knowledge of:
• Powder Blending & Milling techniques.
• Soft Gel Encapsulation manufacturing from start to finish.
• Liquid Syrup and Capsule (both hard and soft) production processes.
• Must Have: Demonstrated success in investigating and resolving complex issues related to product uniformity, potency, and content uniformity.
• Deep understanding of cGMP, FDA regulations, and data integrity principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train teams and influence change.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Experience with process validation.
