Production & Content Creator (Full-Time)

Are you creative, hands-on, and always coming up with content ideas?

We're looking for a Production & Content Creator to join our team. This is a unique position where you'll split your time between helping produce personalized jewelry and creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

If you enjoy making videos, following trends, working with products, and being part of a growing brand, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be DoingProduction & Order Fulfillment

• Operate laser engraving equipment (training provided)
• Assemble and hand-package personalized jewelry
• Perform quality control checks on finished products
• Help maintain an organized and efficient workspace
• Assist with inventory and daily production tasks

Content Creation & Social Media

• Film TikToks, Reels, and other short-form videos
• Create behind-the-scenes content from our workshop
• Showcase products, packaging, and customer orders
• Research trends and generate new content ideas
• Help build our organic social media presence
• Occasionally appear in videos if comfortable

What We're Looking For

• Creative and self-motivated personality
• Comfortable filming content with a smartphone
• Strong understanding of TikTok and social media trends
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) is a plus
• Experience creating content is preferred but not required
