Production Control Analyst – ERP & Shop Floor Operations

**ABOUT CORRY RUBBER**

Corry Rubber is one of the country’s foremost manufacturers of molded elastomer and rubber products for diversified industrial and medical end markets. Leveraging over 60 years of material design and engineering expertise, the company is well-positioned to win new business, both from existing and new customers, as well as via the accelerating trend of work being on-shored back to America from China.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Accurate transactions are what make the rest of the company's data trustworthy — scheduling, purchasing, quoting, and reporting all build on the numbers in the ERP. This is where that foundation gets built.

You'll sit at the intersection of the shop floor, inventory, scheduling, and management — auditing daily transactions, releasing jobs, reconciling inventory, and leveraging tools like Microsoft Power BI to surface problems before they become shipping delays.

It's a hands-on operational role with a real analytical component: roughly speaking, half your day is keeping the system honest, and the other half is using data to figure out where it isn't. The most valuable outcome of this work is inventory accuracy.

When our inventory is right, leadership has clear visibility into the business — what we have, what we owe, what we can promise customers, and where we're performing well. The work you do here directly contributes to that clarity.

If you like software and ERP systems, enjoy untangling data discrepancies, and want to see the direct impact of your work on a physical product going out the door, you'll do well here.

*Systems, data, and improvement*

*Collaboration*
