Job Summary

The Production Control Clerk (PCC) provides administrative and dispatch support for Operations & Maintenance services at a large government building. This role manages work orders, coordinates service calls, supports technicians, and serves as a key communication link between the client, field staff, and home office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, assign, and track maintenance work orders
  • Dispatch service calls to maintenance personnel
  • Enter and manage work orders and inventory in Maximo (CMMS)
  • Monitor job status to ensure timely completion
  • Communicate updates to technicians, management, and clients
  • Maintain inventory levels and reorder parts and supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery
  • Assist with improving and documenting maintenance procedures
  • Support training on updated procedures as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with Maximo CMMS (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management, service dispatching, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • U.S. Citizen or approved registered alien
