Production Controller (Dispatcher)

We are seeking a high-performance Production Controller responsible for driving daily revenue, technician productivity, and operational execution.

This is NOT a scheduling role.

This is a production control seat.

Core Responsibilities

• Own daily technician routing and job flow

• Control the board to maximize revenue per day

• Prioritize calls based on urgency, profitability, and efficiency

• Monitor technician performance in real time

• Ensure every technician hits billable hour targets

• Enforce option presentation standards (minimum 3 per call)

• Identify inefficiencies and correct them immediately

• Coordinate with leadership on backlog and production strategy

Success Metrics (Non-Negotiable)

• Revenue per day

• Billable hours per tech (target: 5.5–6.5)

• Option count per call (minimum: 3)

• Idle technician time

• Emergency response time = immediate

Compensation

• $22–$30/hour base
