Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator with experience in interior fit-out projects and strong AutoCAD skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, ensuring timely delivery, and facilitating communication between design, production, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production activities and workflow based on project schedules
• Review technical drawings and ensure accuracy and feasibility of production plans
• Collaborate with design and site teams to clarify specifications and resolve issues
• Use AutoCAD to review and interpret joinery and fit-out drawings
• Monitor material availability and coordinate procurement with the purchasing team
• Track project progress and report on production status
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Coordinator in the interior fit-out industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
• Strong understanding of fit-out and joinery processes, materials, and methods
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred
