We're Hiring: Production Coordinator

Ready Roofer, Inc., a leading storm and commercial roofing servicing eight states, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our job costing processes, acquiring necessary permits/licenses, and coordinating the ordering of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and maintain job costing procedures to ensure accurate and timely project estimates.

● Procure permits and licenses as required for each project.

● Coordinate material ordering and inventory management to guarantee sufficient supplies for ongoing jobs.

● Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong aptitude for technology.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Demonstrated ability to maintain professional phone etiquette.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Meticulous attention to detail.

● Solid mathematical abilities and familiarity with a calculator.

● Bilingualism is considered a strong asset.
