Production Coordinator (Domestic Brand)

Requirements and Responsibilities:

· Plan, organise, and monitor daily production activities for Kids-wear styles. Coordinate with sampling, cutting, stitching, printing/embroidery, and finishing teams. Ensure production targets, timelines, and order delivery schedules are met.

· Coordinate with the store team to ensure timely issuance of raw materials. Maintain consumption sheets and production records.

· Monitor each production stage, including cutting, stitching, thread trimming, washing (if applicable), finishing, and packing. Ensure process flow is followed as per the approved packet and customer requirements.

· Check garment measurements, stitching quality, and finishing standards. Work closely with the QC team to reduce defects and ensure zero rejections.

· Communicate daily with the sales and merchandising team for updates, approvals, and order changes. Coordinate with printing/embroidery vendors (in-house/outside) to maintain timelines. Update the management regarding order status, delays, and production challenges.

· Maintain production reports and line output sheets.

· Identify production bottlenecks and take quick corrective actions. Resolve issues related to fabric defects, stitching errors, or finishing delays.

Experience:

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Production Coordinator (preferably in Kidswear)

· Strong understanding of garment production processes from cutting to finishing

· Ability to manage multiple orders and tight timelines

· Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and garment measurements

· Very good at explaining to Tailors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
