എല്ലാ പ്രോജക്റ്റുകൾക്കും നിങ്ങൾ കൃത്യമായ മെറ്റീരിയൽ ലിസ്റ്റ് ഉണ്ടാക്കണം. സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയർ (മാക്സ്കട്ട്) ഉപയോഗിച്ച് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മാനുവൽ വഴി

2. ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങൾ

- പ്രോജക്റ്റിനായി ക്ലയന്റിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളും ആവശ്യകതകളും നിർണ്ണയിക്കുക
- ഡിസൈനർമാരുമായി അടുത്ത് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുക

We are seeking a talented and innovative MATERIAL CUTTING LIST MAKER to join our amaZing Home Interior firm who should be Male from Alappuzha District. Candidates near Haripad, Alappuzha are most preferred. (Not allowed Female Candidates Please don't apply) The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, bringing creativity and design expertise to various architectural and interior design projects. If you are passionate about blending art with the functionality of interior spaces. Need to interact with Customers/Carpenters. The Person should be good in Visualization, Modelling, Rendering, Texturing, and Lighting. we would love to have you on board.

Basic Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

1. QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in CUTTING LIST Making of residential interior projects
• You must make an Accurate material list for all 2D projects. By Proficiency in design software like MaxCut, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3Ds Max or similar tools or Manually
• Strong creative and visual skills with attention to detail.
• Proven working experience in material cutting list
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and color theory
• The Person should be Expertise in Visualization, Modelling, Rendering, Texturing, Lighting, layout, color, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations

2. KEY RESPONIBILITIES

• Develop visually appealing design concepts for architectural and interior projects.
• Collaborate with Interior designers and project managers to execute design plans and requirements.
• Create 3D models, presentations, and visual mock-ups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Prepare high-quality layouts, renders, and presentation drawings.
• Work on branding, graphic design, and promotional material for internal and client-related needs.
• Set schedules for the project
• Ensure all design elements align with the firm's creative direction and client expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design tools.
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
