Production- Day Store Executive

Job Purpose:

The Day Store Executive oversees the daily operations of the production day store by ensuring timely availability of raw materials for the manufacturing and packaging lines.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to proper documentation procedures for SAP-related activities including the recording of good receipts, Raw material issuances, and return component against the production orders.
Receive and inspect incoming raw materials, verify quantities with the warehouse and maintain a 24-hour stock in the day store in accordance with weekly production plan.
Reconcile the production data with the consumed raw materials before it gets posted on SAP to ensure the consumption is as per the standard.
In case of any variance in the data, Coordinate with the on-duty shift lead to investigate and resolve any variances in the data promptly.
Ensure that all production data for semi-finished and finished goods is accurately recorded in SAP.
Share the SAP consumption log with the appropriate stakeholders via email. If any standards are missing promptly notify the planning department for further action.
Perform weekly and monthly stock audits of WH11 materials in collaboration with the finance department to reconcile actual stock with system (SAP) records. Submit audit reports to the line manager and investigate any discrepancies that arise.
While performing any SAP transactions, ensure to follow the production orders mentioned in the production plan and share a daily production plan compliance report to production leads.
Ensure regular monitoring of stock levels in WH11 and WIP (Work in Progress) and initiate timely to prevent stockouts.
Ensure that no scrap materials including poly bags, cartons and any other non-usable items are discarded without proper posting on SAP against their respective production orders.
Ensure the daily closure of previously consumed production orders on SAP
Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the store area by adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to the day store team for effective execution of their duties and responsibilities.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification Requirement:

Min 4-years bachelor's with specialization in Supply Chain (with similar work background on hygiene FMCG industry)
3-4 years of experience in a similar industry.

Technical Skills:
