Description:
Design and Creative Production
- Design and coordinate print materials including signage, menus, brochures, and sales collateral
- Create and design email marketing campaigns including layout, graphics, and copywriting
- Develop digital advertising and social media graphics to support marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on creative direction and campaign concepts
- Support special projects as assigned, such as events or seasonal campaigns
Asset Management and Brand Consistency
- Maintain organized design files, templates, and the brand’s digital asset library
- Apply the SMC Brand Guide to all creative work to ensure consistency across platforms
- Update and refine templates for recurring materials to improve workflow efficiency
Optimization
- Review creative performance from email and digital ads to inform future design improvements
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to test and iterate creative concepts based on results
Collaboration and Growth
- Work closely with the marketing team to align design with overall strategy
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaign development
- Show initiative and creative curiosity with a goal of growing
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in production design, graphic design, or a related creative field

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Pro

Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar) preferred

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color principles
