Position Summary: This is an on-site position. The digital design specialist will work with the gearUP sales team and their customers to create, revise, and review new designs for sublimated uniforms prior to production. You will work with the web team to ensure designs for sublimated items are available on the web stores prior to launch. This is an operational role supporting sales and production in a high-volume environment. Team members are very detail oriented with particular attention to design elements: including colors, design sizing, appropriate placement, and apparel or product functionality. They work with and manage multiple inbound requests and competing deadlines. This role will be cross trained in collateral areas of responsibility for the support of production teams and overall company success.

Responsibilities include:

· Develop expertise in uniform builders for Under Armour, Chromagear, Nike.

· Develop expertise in product offerings and vendor capabilities.

· Work with vendors to streamline processes and ensure smooth integration.

· Support sales reps and customers in sublimated uniform design creation, and revisions.

· Review new designs for accuracy, errors, and risks. Provide feedback and oversee corrections.

· Support and assist in webstore deployment of new designs.

· Help sales reps develop knowledge base for sublimated designs.

· Train others to support this role as needed.

· Overtime will be required during peak production seasons

· Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Education:

· Familiarity with prepress and sublimation printing

· Attention to detail and accuracy, Experience in data entry.

· Self-directed, proactive, and curious

· Experience with graphic design tools. Adobe Illustrator preferred.

· Basic working understanding of image resolution, file formats, compression, etc.

· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

· Ability to read and interpret order requests and other written instructions

· Strong time management and communication skills

· Proficient with Microsoft office tools, Outlook, Excel, and Teams

· Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics a plus

· ‘Can Do’ attitude and willingness to take on new tasks as requested.

· Previous involvement in athletic programs a plus

· High School Diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Talking, listening, and typing for extended periods of time

· Manipulation of computer mouse and other small wrist movements required for digital design tools
