Our Utah headquarters is looking for an outgoing and curious Marketing Designer to join our collaborative in-house Creative Team.

The Marketing Designer role will support our client outreach marketing team, focusing heavily on digital design for emails, direct print marketing, and providing support in other tasks as directed. This person will need to be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, be a creative problem solver, and have the confidence to guide our agents with outstanding customer service and communication.

This full-time position would be a great fit for an entry-level graphic designer or recent college graduate looking for a welcoming work culture with great benefits and opportunities to grow. A portfolio is required to be considered for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create monthly email newsletters, including design of elements, layout, and template
  • Take feedback from the agents and implement it in a brand-aligned way
  • Experience working in CRMs and organizing contacts
  • Aid in production of templated marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, postcards, emails, and webpages
  • Ensure final pieces are laid-out well, visually appealing, and on-brand
  • Communicate effectively and professionally
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Help with other projects as needed

Skills Needed

  • Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop experience required; Canva, MAXA, Cloze, Campaign Monitor, WordPress, Microsoft Office experience a plus
  • Customer-service oriented: You know what a red carpet customer experience is and how to deliver it.
  • Time management: Understand your workload and be able to prioritize and organize them by importance.
  • Communication: You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and call someone to reduce confusion and get to the underlying problem or ask.
  • Problem solving: You’re able to problem solve and find creative solutions to achieve the client’s objectives.
  • Open minded: You are open to constructive feedback and learning new things.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Video experience is a plus.
  • Motion graphics/animation experience is a plus.
  • Javascript experience a plus.
  • Copywriting experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
