Production Designer & Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Production Designer & Coordinator to join our creative team at Qara Digital Solutions . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital and print production , strong design skills, and the ability to coordinate projects from concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare creative layouts using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Operate Sign Cut Pro for cutting and finishing workflows
• Work with Excel to manage production schedules and tracking
• Perform printing color calibrations to ensure high-quality output
• Arrange and manage montage and assembly of print materials
• Generate and extract QR files for production use
• Oversee digital printing processes and ensure smooth production flow
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a production designer or production coordinator in print or digital media
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and SignCut Pro
• Proficient in Excel for tracking and scheduling
• Experience in digital printing and color calibration
• Ability to manage montaging and assembly
• Familiarity with QR code generation and extraction
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
