We are looking for an Production Engineer to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring and measuring the performance of production processes and analyzing the results to ensure that the necessary activities for continuous improvement are carried out,
Reporting production results and improvement suggestions to the manager,
Keeping itself up to date with current and emerging trends in production technologies,
Ensuring the most efficient use of resources in line with work and time studies,
Supporting the preparation of plans and programs to comply 100% with the production deadlines, realizing / ensuring the realization of the prepared plans and programs,
Contribute to the design and realization of the necessary equipment such as molds, jigs, fixtures, etc. required for production,
Working on machine efficiency and design studies,
Working in coordination with the Maintenance Department, to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment for which it is responsible and to ensure that preventive / periodic maintenance work is carried out,
Leading and contributing to process cost improvement efforts,
Supporting sustainability and energy efficiency projects

Qualifications

Graduated from Engineering departments of universities (Preferably Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering),
At least 2 years of experience in production,
Experience in SAP,
Good command of English,
Knowledge and experience in assembly processes, automation systems,
Proficient in MS Office programs,
High communication and organizational competencies,
Prone to teamwork,
Dynamic, Positive, Harmonious,
Strong job tracking and reporting skills,
Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)
