Production Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Engineer with at least 2 year of experience in manufacturing company with a diploma or a degree to oversee and manage production activities at our Chennai facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities.

· Monitor production lines and ensure output meets quality standards and delivery timelines.

· Supervise workers on the shop floor and provide technical guidance.

· Ensure optimal use of machinery, manpower, and materials.

· Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues and provide timely solutions.

· Enforce health and safety protocols as per company standards.

Required Qualifications:

· Diploma/ BE / BTech in Mechanical, Production, or related field.

· Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or structural fabrication company is mandatory.

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machines, and materials.

· Familiarity with welding, cutting, assembly, and fabrication operations is an added advantage..
