Production Engineer

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in process efficiency and cost reduction.
• Work with design, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing flow.
• Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices on the shop floor.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machines.
• Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO, QMS, etc.).
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with the maintenance team.
• Train and guide operators and technicians for better productivity and process understanding.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
