Production Engineer – (Husky)

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Engineer with strong experience in Husky Injection Molding Machines for our Jalgaon plant. The ideal candidate should have a background in the plastic processing industry and be capable of independently handling machine operations, process optimization, and shift production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Husky injection molding machines (HyPET / HPP / HPP5).
• Set, adjust, and optimize process parameters to meet quality and production targets.
• Perform mold changeovers, startup checks, and machine readiness activities.
• Ensure production output as per shift targets with minimal rejections and downtime.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and coordinate with maintenance for machine concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, GMP, safety, and 5S practices.
• Prepare shift production reports, material consumption records, and downtime logs.
• Support training and supervision of machine operators.
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness on the production floor.

Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience with Husky injection molding machines
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and plastic materials
• Good understanding of mold operations and Husky hot runner systems
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle production independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
