What do we expect from our new team member?

• At least 2 years of experience in production and/or R&D departments within the ceramics industry.
• Supports the continuous monitoring of production processes to ensure production continues at the desired quality and efficiency.
• Ensures the accuracy and currency of information by continuously monitoring production and consumption activities, conducting analysis for potential improvements, and informing superiors.
• Plans and organizes necessary actions to reduce wastrel quantities and increase efficiency.
• Organizes waste management, resource management, and emergency activities, taking into account environmental considerations in the responsible area.
• Supports the implementation of necessary measures to ensure worker health and safety.
• Actively participates in autonomous maintenance and 5S activities, and organizes as required.
• Prepares and analyzes reports on downtime, breakdowns, and wastrel.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

To be assigned to our Eczacıbaşı VitrA Tiles factory;

• Graduated from Materials Engineering or other Engineering departments at universities,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Possess planning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills,
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
