Job Title: Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in daily production activities and ensure targets are met.

 Monitor production lines and optimize manpower allocation.

 Support in maintenance planning for machines and moulds.

 Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

 Prepare and maintain production reports and shift schedules.

 Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

 Support planning for raw materials and resources.

 Assist in ensuring workplace safety and 5S implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

 Understanding of injection moulding / plastic component manufacturing preferred.

 Basic knowledge of production planning tools and techniques.

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally preferred.

 Employment Type: Full-time

 Work Location: Plot no K-171, MIDC Waluj, Chh. Sambhajinagar

 Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Weekly Off: Sunday
